Why make a blog?
I created this blog so that I will be able to look back one day and see how far I have come. With each class, I take a small shuffle forward. You don't really realize how far you have shuffled forward until you look back at what you were a month ago, 5 months ago, a year ago and beyond. It is in that moment that you begin to see that you are making progress. Sometimes that progress is slow and other times you are taking leaps and bounds. With that in mind, this blog was created so I can look back and reflect on my journey through aikido and iaido.
